My personal training & fitness philosophy is based on both ancient Eastern & modern Western fitness & diet techniques which I've studied & trained for years.

 

My personal training has its roots in Eastern Yoga & Taoist Yin-Yang Energy principles. These training principles create a balanced mental & physical understanding of body movement that allows a person to grow physically stronger, achieve optimal health, & look & feel years younger as a result.

 

I also believe that personal training alone is not enough to achieve the goals of physical transformation. That's why I've studied the biochemistry of food & nutrition. I've developed various meal plans specifically designed to help turn on your muscle growth, reduce recovery time for muscles & promote the loss of unwanted body fat.

 

My training quantification's are accredited through the following organizations;

200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor

ISSA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer

NASM Certified Nutritionist 

NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist

Plus, completing Biology, Anatomy & Physiology in college while working towards my Physical Therapy degree. As well, as many other continuing Physiology educational programs.

 

 

 

More about me;
 

I've been in the personal training business for over 5 years & I absolutely love what I do. I love working with ppl of all ages & back grounds. I believe it’s important to give back to our community, that's why I've made a career out of educating as many people as possible on the numerous health benefits of personal training & diet.

 

Personal training as always been a part of my life. I currently stay active in many competitive sports, like Kung Fu, skiing, & scuba diving. I also use Weight Training, Pilates, and all types of Yoga to keep my body fit & healthy. These are the ways I keep balance in my body & in my life.

 

Most recently, in the Summer of 2012, I visited China with my Wushu Gong Fu school to participate in an exchange program and international Wushu tournament. I travel to 10 different cities all over China during my month & a half visit. It was an experience that changed my life forever.
