(1 ) 35 minute Executive session:  $55 

(1 ) 70 minute session:   $85

(5 ) 70 minute sessions:  $350 ($70 a session)

(10) 70 minute sessions: $600 ($60 a session)

My personal training philosophy is based on both ancient Eastern & modern Western fitness techniques. All sessions take place either at my private studio in Sherman Oaks, local personal trainer gym partners in Valley Village or Sherman Oaks, an apartment complex gym, or in the convenience of your own home. Each session is customized to your goals, needs & physical capabilities.  I accommodate all levels from the beginner to intermediate or advanced levels.

Small Group Training 

Semi-private group personal training is a great way to utilize our training services for a lower price. Group sessions help motivate individuals by creating an atmosphere of challenge, interaction and connection.

 

 

With smaller group sizes, you will receive one-on-one attention, technique modifications, alignment / form corrections. Each will accommodate your fitness level or any injuries/health issues. Group training also works well for those who already have a group of friends or family members ready to commit to exercising.

Custom Designed Training Programs

(Training Programs Designed For You To Train On Your Own)

 

 

Every Custom Designed Training Program (CDTP) includes a 90 min. private session approx. every two weeks to provide instruction on the fitness program. Each training program will provide an exercise booklet, video & instruction sheets. Our private session together will be about ailment corrections & finding the deepest expression of each pose so you can continue to growing in your practice. Additional instruction and/or training techniques are available with the programs.

 

Not everyone needs a Personal Trainer to guide them through exercises several times a week, however, all can benefit from having a balanced training program to follow and the CDTP makes it easy . Just like having driving directions helps you to get where you're going more efficiently, having a CDTP helps you get the most out of your time & effort put into training.

 

The body develops efficiency in movement after only 3 weeks. After 6 weeks the body is no longer producing any of the regenerating benefits it once did at the start of the physical regiment. The muscles have become proficient in all of the movements and they're now capable of performing  them with greater ease. However, it's difficulty & challenge in movement that kick-starts the body to deliver regenerating elements to every cell. This is why doctors recommend exercise to improve health and how it's even been known to reverse the aging process.

 

Included with the Customized Training Programs are:
-Training programs designed to practice at either your home, local gym, apartment gym, group class, or in an outdoor setting
